Everyone wants to be different to the next person, therefore customers tend to shop where there are exclusive pieces that are not available everywhere.
This is where I come in. "Unique Bits" has been a dream of mine for many years. You see, I have been in search of unique pieces and "one offs" for as long as I can remember. Whether it be art, jewellery or even furniture, I wanted to be different.
In fact... it was when I was on a mission to find some of these scarce and individual pieces for my own collection that I discovered just how hard they can be to find! I realized that if I could source them and bring them exclusively to boutiques and gift shops, I could not only bring increased value to the outlet but also to myself. So inevitably what is now known as "Unique Bits", was born.
My desire is to bring to the public these rare and beautiful designs via unique and exclusive retail outlets. I want to help these retailers make a greater impression by giving their shoppers more reasons to return to the store time and time again, which by default has the added benefit of improved sales.
But more importantly, I want to promote local artisans to the public and help them to make an income. As it turns out, very few artists and designers have an interest in promoting their wares. They simply want to get on with the creative stuff, so I guess I have become a kind of connector. I meet and negotiate with them to place their art into retail outlets and in return I earn a commission for my leg work.
If you have an interest in retailing functional or decorative art which you can either wear or display, or perhaps you are an atrist looking for a way of getting your pieces to market, please don't hesitate to contact me. I would be very interested to discuss your needs with you.
Take Care

Hi and welcome to my new "Unique Bits" website. This is the front end of my new venture which I am very excited about. Allow me to give you the goss!
If you are a retail boutique owner then you will already know that trying to remain uniquely individual yet still relevant to the marketplace is your biggest challenge. This is mostly due to direct competition, but ever changing trends and each customer's own individual style also play a large part.
